What is Smoke?
Smoke is a mixture of gases and fine particles produced when materials burn. It can come from sources like wildfires and house fires. Smoke contains harmful substances such as carbon monoxide, formaldehyde, benzene, and particulate matter (PM2.5)—tiny particles that can penetrate deep into the lungs.
